We want you to love your Allbirds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period to test our shoes and apparel in the real world. If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process for shoes, apparel, or accessories.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging; for shoes, please use the original shoebox which also serves as our eco-friendly shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location for a printer-free experience.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
